Wear protection generally refers to all materials and measures to extend the service life of a component or system. The optimal wear protection starts already during the production with the use of wear resistant materials for the relevant field of application.

 Kinast looks back on about 40 years of experience with wear products, starting with wear castings for rollers from power plant technology in the qualities nickel hard casting and chrome hard casting as well as various special components. Linings for all types of manholes and chutes in the qualities Kinast® RK400 to Kinast® RK1000 with a hardness of more than 700 HV; detailed technical data can be downloaded here.
