Forked link chains

The experience we have gained over many years in the field of conveyor technology has led to the development of our own product line of forged fork plate chains and plate conveyors.

 Our program includes all single and double bar fork plate chains with patented features such as ceramic pads or special chain pins.

 Prior to further development and implementation into an optimized series product, the subsequent reproducibility of quality was a priority. A drop-forged fork plate is manufactured on CNC-controlled machining centers to achieve exact pitch and plane-parallel surfaces with the required surface quality.

 An essential factor for optimum operation is the selection of the right conveyor chain in terms of shape, material and chain safety in relation to the bulk material in question.
