KINAST hybridRail®

The KINAST hybridRail® wear rails are especially designed for use in conveying abrasive and / or corrosive materials. The installation of hybrid wear rails leads to less frequent cost intensive changes.

This newest generation made of wear-resistant steels with a hardness of 500 HB and the ceramic pads used are designed for a long service life and, in combination with the KINAST hybridChain® fork-link chains, form an optimal material pairing; a long-lasting investment for your conveyor systems.

In particular when the rails are subject to high levels of corrosive wear, stainless steel can be used as the carrier matrix for the ceramic pads, although it can withstand corrosion but is too soft against abrasive wear.
