tension control automatically sets the required, constant pre-tensioning force for conveyors or scraper chain systems while driving.

The system recognizes the wear-specific elongation and adjusts the pre-set preload force, taking into account the maximum permissible angular error, of the deflection axis. This means that tension control is always wear-friendly, even when the operating conditions change.

The long-term recording enables conclusions to be drawn about the wear of the chain and the time period to be visualized and evaluated.
