wear control detects the wear on conveyor or scraper chain systems during operation, even under water, and records this continuously.

The system operator knows at all times the current condition of the wear-specific main components as well as the timeframe in which the wear occurs. This allows weak points to be localized and specifically improved.

As a result, maintenance intervals can be better planned and time-optimized in order to keep downtimes as short as possible.
